We also save every bit of content we have ever captured to build up an asset library to use in the future.

We have supplied, installed, and maintained a digital signage system based on Brightsign media players. We chose these players for Hyper Karting because:

• Content can be scheduled ahead of time

• They can be used with any type and brand of TV, display, or LED wall

• They can be synchronised to create custom video walls with standard TV’s

• They can be externally controlled from an iPad app or hardware

• They can interact with other technology in the venue:

- The lighting system

- The fire alarm

- The audio system

We have supplied, installed, and maintain the network for the highly technical venue. This network includes:

• Remote management & monitoring with failover connectivity

• 10gb fibre backbones between key switches/equipment racks

• UPS battery backups with email notifications

• Wireless point to point connectivity between the remote office and track

• Multiple virtual networks on the same network to seperate traffic for:

- Staff

- CCTV

- Lighting

- AV and Arcades

A huge part of the experience at Hyper Karting is thanks to a whole venue audio solution. With the venue being built in a carpark, the space is challenging to deliver clear audio with low ceilings and hard surfaces everywhere. We provided:

- 100% venue coverage for BGM

- 70% coverage from wireless microphones

- 8 audio zones, individually controllable

- inputs and outputs for events

- music licensing and scheduling

We worked with Hyper Karting when they were launching this venue. Some of the projects have included:

- commissioning a 10x10m free roam Virtual Reality arena

- helping with custom integrations & development between entertainment systems and audio visual systems

We supplied Hyper Karting with a fleet of commercial UHF radios:

- Motorola digital portable and base station radios

- Remote shoulder Mics

- Noise cancelling headsets with PTT

- Private frequencies in a challenging RF environment

- Multi bay smart charger

The system was specced to expand to multiple venues and tracks in operation simultaneously utilising the same hardware.
